Stronger steel replacements

THESE ARE NOT THE SAME AS KDX125 VALVES AND THE 1990-1991 H1 H2 VALVES (THEY HAVE A TALLER IDLER GEAR)


Please not that the RHS valve has a machine groove around the top for easy identification 

To assist on assembly ours valves fit in exactly the same way as the standard ones, however instead of a dot on the tooth that needs to line up with the dot on the KIPS rod we have machined an angle onto the top of the tooth


Make sure that the area where the valves go in cleaned thoroughly - particularly inside the locating hole in the bottom of the valve cavity. It is dirt building up in this hole and around the perimeter of the valve which leads to failure. Whilst a steel valve is unlikely to fail it will still load the system. Regular cleaning will still be required for effective operation.
